Karen Ridle is a National Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She has been building her business for almost 32 years and is currently driving her 13th free Mary Kay car and her 11 Pink Cadillac....which is the beautiful Pink Cadillac Escalade!  Karen's passion is mentoring women to believe bigger in the dreams God places in their heart and developing an action plan for them to realize those dreams. She has been leading women for most of those 32 years and loves watching the personal growth that occurs on a leadership journey.
